❌In order to book any cleaning service appointment, we will require a credit card to be stored in our secure and encrypted system. Our employees and service providers depend on our customers to earn income and support their families. When a client cancels or reschedules within a day or two, or simply is doesn't let us know, those appointments can be difficult to keep, which can result in lost revenue. ​ ✅As with most cancellation policies, there are exceptions. We understand that life happens sometimes, illnesses, deaths in the family, school emergencies. There are multiple lines of communication; Please reach out via text, email, direct message, or phone in case of extenuating circumstances. ❌All “unaccepted” appointments or cancellations that occur on the day of your appointment will require payment of 100% of the scheduled service in order to be rebooked.
