CANCELLATION POLICY
🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 ❌In order to book any cleaning service appointment, we will require a credit card to be stored in our secure and encrypted system. Our employees and service providers depend on our customers to earn income and support their families. When a client cancels or reschedules within a day or two, or simply is doesn't let us know, those appointments can be difficult to keep, which can result in lost revenue. ✅As with most cancellation policies, there are exceptions. We understand that life happens sometimes, illnesses, deaths in the family, school emergencies. There are multiple lines of communication; Please reach out via text, email, direct message, or phone in case of extenuating circumstances. ❌All “unaccepted” appointments or cancellations that occur on the day of your appointment will require payment of 100% of the scheduled service in order to be rebooked. We have implemented this policy to reduce the number of last-minute cancellations and rescheduling of appointments. 📌We are applying a new cancellation/rescheduling policy which is as follows 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 👉I completely understand that life happens and things come 🆙 Just breathe, 🧘♀️ you’re okay and we’ll figure this out 💖 ✅If a schedule adjustment is needed please 🙏 do so within 24-48 hours of your appointment. 🚫Cancellations day before the cleaning will change 50% of the job , same day jobs cancellations to your scheduled will count as a “no cleaning job ” 🧽 and be charged a 💯 % total of the job.. 🚫Cancellations-constant/no text 📱 for clients will be charged 💯% of the service and will be denied ❌ to any future services. ❌If you are not home 🏡 or not reschedule 📋on time a cleaning service, you will be automatically cancelled 📌and charged for your service full price . ❌Please understand that your time ⏰ slot is held in advance for you and when you canceled ❌ or reschedule last minute I’m not guaranteed to fill📝 in that spot. 👇👇👇👇IMPORTANT ABOUT TIDY… ✅we need the area cleared of toys in the floors,clothes,pets stuff, to that way we can clean good for you, or.. we charge ($25/30 extra) ✅kitchen dishes has to be in dishwasher or dishes rack if they clean , or if we wash them we charge ($10/ 20 extra) ✅Fridge/Stoves inside cleaning Bedding / basement cleaning ,trash out,attic are (Extra services) See extra services on the online booking site.. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 🗣️ Important Notice – Twice a Month Cleaning Service Policy Dear Valued Clients, We would like to kindly remind everyone about our twice-a-month cleaning service agreement. If you are scheduled for two cleanings per month and one of the services is canceled, the remaining cleaning will no longer qualify for the twice-monthly discounted rate. In this case, the service will be charged at the regular one-time monthly cleaning price. Our twice-monthly service pricing is based on maintaining both scheduled visits within the month. When one visit is canceled, the service becomes a single cleaning, which requires additional time and work to bring the home back to maintenance level.
